Cheese version

We can supply a special version of all S.A.M. slicers and slicing and packaging systems for producing perfect slices of cheese. The cheese version’s knife, center plate and gauge plate are all specially coated to prevent the slices from sticking. For slicers with a depositor, we have also made additional improvements to the transport system, such as polished chains with fewer spikes and a modified transfer roller for the cheese slices.
