2. We are very interested in your machines, but before purchasing would like to know who will be responsible for installation and then for service?
Installation, initial training and service are carried out without exception by specialists who themselves undergo regular S.A.M. training. The S.A.M. hotline +43 463 43543 43 is open round the clock ensuring faster response for service. Please also note that we offer maintenance agreements.
3. We have problems time and again with training new personnel. Do you have a solution?
Yes. S.A.M. machines are designed with ergonomics and simple operation in mind. The required know-how for slice thickness, slicing speed and ideal layout is supplied with our PLU software, which is programmable for each food product. If you have a fully automatic slicing and packaging system, all you have to do is load the product, enter the required amount and PLU code, and press a button. The machine then does everything else to produce the finished SamPaks.
4. I cannot see any prices on your website. Where can I find out how much the machines cost?

6. Where are S.A.M. machines produced?
They have been manufactured in Klagenfurt/Austria for over 30 years. It was here that Kuchler Electronics produced the first electronically controlled slicing and depositing machine in the world in 1971. Some 30,000 S.A.M. machines are now in use.
7. New hygiene legislation with frequent cleaning intervals is posing problems for us. Quick blade cleaning is not easy and can even be dangerous on our current machines.
S.A.M. accessories include the Blade Remover that has optimized fast, safe blade cleaning. All Slice&Pak systems from S.A.M. are designed to meet the highest HACCP requirements. The hands-free produced SamPaks and uninterrupted cold chain in particular set new standards in this field.
