Fully automated slicer for salmon

ALL IN ONE FACTORY

The fully automated slicing machine enables the slicing of salmon and other frozen fish products. Numerous arrangement options allow an optically uncut fish fillet to be arranged in one piece. The salmon product holder with integrated gravity feed enables precise slicing of frozen fish with minimal residue. The product holder´s angle of inclination is adjustable, paving the way for variation in slice shapes. The machine lies on the motor-driven conveyor belt in both directions, allowing the connection to other devices due to its free rear passage.
