THE MAPPAK FACTORY

Fully automated serial production of fresh, ready-to-serve cold cuts in multi-layer MapPaks at touch of a button – gassed or vaccumed. The customer receives genuine freshness for self-extraction with long shelf life. MapPaks provide additional purchasing incentives and therefore enhance customer loyalty. Touch terminal furthermore facilitates networking and data exchange with MMS. Individual target weights or prices can be set for the MapPaks in large quantities (150/h). Unique in the world.

S.A.M. Series X accept online orders directly via RESTful interface at the time of dispatch. The machine informs the operator of the material to be sliced and independently takes over all further work steps (cutting, depositing, packaging, labelling).
